Collective Panel Work VI

Lippstadt/Germany 1999, Altan's part was the family tree. The blank spaces represent the city map of Lippstadt. It was randomly cut in pieces and distributed to 25 German and 17 Turkish artists. Afterwards, the separately and independently painted pieces were installed upon the panel.
